Few simple steps to find legitimate data entry jobs

Finding a legitimate data entry job is difficult as most of the online data entry jobs promise the same thing. They all promise helping their members to make good and easy money, but how far are these programs advertising legitimate data entry jobs true?

There are few simple steps we need to take before joining any program or to identify legitimate data entry jobs from the rest.

Legitimate data entry jobs include typing online ads for Google, yahoo or other online ad companies, correspondence, reports, transcriptions, spreadsheets, lists, records and databases.

A few years back when I first started out with online data entry jobs I had joined many such programs which all claimed that they are legitimate data entry jobs, each of these data entry jobs claimed that they are genuine and promised easy money by doing typing work a few hours every day. My experience has thought me to never go with what the data entry companies say. These data entry jobs all ways advertise what we want to hear not what they can give us once we join them.

To attract members to join them by paying a small fee they promise money and easy work which are in a way too good to be true. There are a few basic things that help us to identify legitimate online data entry jobs, these include:

  • See how professional the look and feel of the website is: If they are running a successful data entry program and if they have the money, it will reflect in their website design and content.
  • See is they have a valid contact information: Legitimate data entry programs wont try to hide from its potential members. A legitimate company should have a valid phone number, e-mail address and office or company address displayed on their website. Call up their phone number and talk to them regarding their program, pay attention to how the person on the other end speaks, is confident, is he giving straight information for your questions or is he trying to hide something. Send a e-mail to their support and check how soon and how professionally they will reply to your e-mail.
  • Search for feedback on the program: Search through Google and forums for reviews and members experience with the data entry program. Check what users are saying about the data entry program.
  • Check scam data base: Check online scam database and scam reporting sites to see if the current data entry program under review is listed or not.
  • Check for third party verification: Check if the data entry job program is verified by any third party verification agencies like BBB or if they have any valid verification and security seal.

These simple steps for identifying a legitimate data entry program will help you to stay away from all the data entry scams on the internet. Believe me I  have gone through lot of scams and lost days of trying get my money back, take day or few before joining any data entry program, do some research and you sure will end up with a legitimate data entry program.
